At The Serum Project, we are committed to delivering your skincare products safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how shipping, delivery timelines, and charges work.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across Pakistan. Delivery to remote or underserved areas may take additional time.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on your order and current promotions:

  • Free Delivery:
    We may offer free delivery on selected products, promotions, or order values. When free shipping is available, it will be clearly displayed on the product page or at checkout.

  • Paid Delivery:
    If free delivery is not applicable, shipping charges will be calculated and clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is faulty or an incorrect item was delivered.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on your city and location.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, courier delays, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible locations. Availability may vary depending on the courier service and delivery address.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, depending on the courier service.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect details or unavailability of the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.


Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears tampered with:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos of the package and product

We will investigate and take appropriate action.


Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to courier disruptions, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
